1. Appointment Booking & Arrival

Reservations may be made by calling 0466 483 999, via WhatsApp, or in person (walk-ins) at our clinic. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to complete any intake consultation and prepare comfortably for your session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify our reception team at least 2 hours in advance so we can accommodate other waiting clients.

3. Payment Terms

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard with zero surcharge. Full payment is due upon arrival or immediately following the conclusion of your treatment. All prices displayed on our website and in our clinic are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Health & Medical Disclosures

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, allergies, or if you are pregnant prior to the start of your session. While our certified therapists are highly skilled in wellness touch, our services are complementary wellness therapies and do not substitute medical diagnoses or treatments from qualified physicians.

5. Professional Sanctuary Etiquette

BLISS MASSAGE is a strictly professional, therapeutic Thai wellness sanctuary. Inappropriate behavior, illicit requests, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required and report to authorities.
